RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please request it at info@lecoostore.com. A photo of the product must be attached. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN ORDERS
If you purchased Lecoo Shipping Protection with your order and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, here's how to request a replacement:
You will need your order number and the email address you placed the order with. Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email.
After you indicate whether your package was damaged, lost, or stolen and complete your request, you will receive a reorder confirmation.
REFUNDS
We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return and let you know whether or not your refund is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund as well.
